Introduction
I’m not telling you it’s going to be easy; I’m telling you it’s going to be worth it.
How it started
My interest in fitness started when I was 18yo and when I finally purchased my very first gym pass. When I first entered the gym I had absolutely no idea where to start and how to perform all the exercises. Highly likely I made many mistakes at the early stages, and as a skinny guy my only goal was to put on some muscle and look better. Luckily, I had someone always helping me to execute the tasks better.
The Beginning
Meanwhile, I was working in hospitality in Hungary as a bartender and later on ended up as a Bar Manager in London. Combining these two different professions allowed me how to approach people, growing and building self-confidence. Helping others offering excellent service is crucial in both career paths. With more than 10 years of hospitality experience, I have transferred all the skills that I have learned there to Personal Training.
In 2017 I decided to apply for a Personal Training course with Premier Global NASM and completed their course. After 5 years of hard work in London, I have decided to move back to Budapest late 2018. After a couple of months of hesitation my “second” dream career has started as a Personal Trainer. It was not an easy decision to make but definitely worth every single minute.
The Evolution
Keeping up to date with fitness is very important, learn new things and understand the body more.
Since I came back, I finished FMS Level 1, Rehabilitation trainer course, Functional trainer course. And there is more on my list...
I believe, personal training is not just about losing weight, gain muscles, get fitter and so on. It is a lifestyle, mental and physical care, this is your time where you can release stress, forget about bad things. This is the time where you give a break to yourself and recharge with good and positive things and get the best out from you.
