All About Fitness

My fitness journey began when I was a child. Sport has always been a fundamental part of my life, and I was lucky enough to have a great role model—my father.
I started training in our garage, watching him lift weights, create his own training plans, and push himself with passion. He was, in fact, my very first personal trainer. From him, I not only learned the basics of training but also developed a lifelong love for fitness and sport.
Alongside weight training, I also dedicated myself to swimming and combat sports, mainly MMA. These experiences taught me that variety creates balance—strength, stamina, agility, mobility, and flexibility—all of which are essential to becoming a complete athlete. Sport was, is, and always will be my way of living.

The beginning

I pursued a double degree in Teacher Training and Sports Science, during which I also had two Erasmus experiences abroad. These not only enriched my studies but also helped me improve my English. In my second year at university, I realized that I wanted to become a personal trainer—a dream my father once had but, due to circumstances, couldn’t pursue himself.

During my fifth year, my life changed dramatically. I suffered a serious accident that left me with two massive herniated discs (L4-L5-S1), one measuring 1.5 cm. Both my legs were paralyzed, and I thought it was over. From being an athlete, I suddenly found myself in a wheelchair, with doctors unsure if I would ever fully recover.

But I refused to give up. After weeks in intensive care, I began a long and painful rehabilitation—one I largely designed for myself. Slowly but surely, I recovered. Today, I am fully healed and stronger than ever. That experience taught me resilience, patience, and the true meaning of discipline.

NO BRAIN, NO GAIN

After graduating, I sent my CV to different gyms while also working for a while as a waiter in my father’s restaurant. I genuinely enjoyed the direct contact with people, and it confirmed that any career I chose in the future would have to involve working with others, not sitting behind a screen. Then, I received a call from Virgin Active in Valencia, and my professional journey in fitness officially began.

The Evolution

Over the years, I’ve learned that fitness is about much more than building muscles or looking good. It’s about health, quality of life, happiness, and human connection. Many of my clients have become friends, and training together has become an important part of both of our lives.

Later, when my wife moved to Budapest, I followed her. Saying goodbye to my clients and friends in Valencia was not easy, but it opened the door to a new chapter. My fitness journey continues here in Budapest, where I dedicate myself to helping others achieve their goals and discover the transformative power of fitness.
